Hire brilliant Drivers with DriveU

The DriveU app provides customers with the opportunity to hire drivers for their vehicles, on a temporary basis. Drivers can register themselves as partners, receive bookings over the app, and accept to drive a private car and passengers for a set amount of time.

Process

Setting a Standard with a simple video

The training video aims to show Drivers on DriveU, or aspiring partners, how to achieve the coveted 5-star rating. DriveU is changing private travel for car owners who do not know or enjoy driving. Ensuring their partners work well is crucial to their growth and success. This is best achieved through a long, and detailed video, which is what we provided the brand with.

Approach

Inspiring Quality through Examples

We created a 9-minute long video, for new joiners to watch as a guide, and an inspiration to do well at their job. Gaining a 5-star rating is extremely crucial to the drivers, and achieving that is important. This video helped them understand how and why they should focus on that.
