Digidesk is an electronic document and form management platform designed to eliminate manual data entry and paper documents while providing a great candidate experience. On-boarding is a critical weakness for a majority of organizations that stalls new hire momentum. A poor on-boarding experience threatens to disengage enthusiastic employees during their crucial first weeks on the job.
Digidesk is a B2B product and is generally used by mid and large sized corporates where hiring and on boarding is a continuous and tedious process. An Explainer Video targeting these companies was developed keeping in mind the troubles they face while onboarding.

Not only does Digidesk help you onboard your new hires with ease, but also helps Onboard your clients/ customers with customizable and easily editable forms. Leverage the Aadhaar APIs to get the authentication and eSign done. Moshi Moshi focused the video around the hiring aspect and explored the segment completely so that the use case makes sense to anyone who is going through the video.
Approach
A Video that lets you onboard your client with ease.
We wanted the video to look vibrant and colorful, since the brand theme was really vibrant. Developing a whiteboard video would have killed the spirit of the video. We picked a few colours like the purples, oranges and the pinks as our base theme. Since the video was to be targeting only companies in india, Indian characters were custom designed so that people could relate to the video. The video is now used by the Digidesk to onboard its prospective clients with ease.
